I ran across BiCi Concepts, a company out of Los Angeles, CA that offers many innovative products fixed gear relate, when I was browsing Mash SF’s links page. If you haven’t already heard, Mash SF upgraded their site and their links page was no exception. BiCi Concepts has a giant selection of creative frame pads.
