Brooklyn Machine Works, the makers of the highly sought after “Gangsta-Track” frame, seems to be the go-to spot for celebrities who want a fixed gear now days. Beneath Pharrel Williams is his new track bike, decked out in a set of Arrowspokes. The bike, however, isn’t getting raving reviews by Pharrel fans.   

According to the Razorimages.com crew, this is a 3D rough image of the Lucky13 fixed gear track bike that they designed. However, its futuristic body lines won’t see manufacturing until the design is backed by investors. Let’s hope these skillful designers find the money they’re looking for to get the ball rolling.

Cinelli Vigorelli x Mash SF Fixed Gear Bike

With the 2008 Las Vegas Interbike show in full swing, our minds are finally given some closure on big names like Cinelli and MASH SF. Introducing a Cinelli Vigorelli x Mash SF fixed gear bike, which was unveiled today. There wasn’t much text about it on MASH SF’s blog but judging from the photographs, I’d bet this thing halls ass.

After receiving numerous inquires, Volume Bikes Co., a bike manufacture, decided to release a limited number of fixed gear frames under “Volume Cutter”, not to be confused with the Schwinn Cutter. According to Volume, the frame is solid enough to handle the same abuse as their BMX frames.

One unique fixed gear bike in particular stood out from the rest at the Trek World 2008 event, where Trek revealed their lineup for 2009. The Trek District - a single speed fixed Gates common belt drive bike (no chain) with front and rear breaks and an urban look – is one of many fixed gear bikes to emerge in 09’ that incorporates features for the novice fixed gear rider.
